想請問一下...作重訓的話要練哪些部分的肌肉才會讓球殺的更強勁~!我大約可以抓到擊球的點了....可是因為我很瘦但跳的蠻高的!!所以當上先發....可我想讓手揮的更快..球飛的更快!請問...想讓殺球有power該練哪些部分的肌肉??麻煩大家了....
