想請教一下減肥方法~以下是每天大致吃的食物~本人在麥當上班早上有一餐會吃麥當勞~大概就是豬肉滿福堡+冰紅茶13~14點下班後有時會吃個小東西如:麵包飯糰等等..(較少吃)然後就是上福利社的雞排便當==(都在19點前會吃完)以戒掉麥當勞午餐了==還需要改進什麼呢~(本人想瘦肚子與屁股....)(朋友都說我屁�
