我國二身高169cm體重49kg最高球速達80km我想成為一名投手可是我球速一直拉不高控球會因球速越快而越不穩該怎麼提升球速和控球?另外本身有在練指叉球和曲球指叉球是已經練成了但是曲球的變化程度不怎麼大有時也沒變化是因為橫向轉速不夠還是姿勢不對?而且如果用全力投球的話肩胛骨周圍肌肉會有�
