我是今年要生國一的學生但是我自從放了暑假就從42胖到46><身高倒是有長高2公分,現在155可是我還是覺得胖胖的啦~~我媽也叫我要運動了所以我想在家裡運動我目前暑假的作息是早上10點多起床...直接把早餐的食物拿來吃中餐..然後就開始作家事做完才來玩電腦6點多吃晚餐10點多睡覺就這樣一直循環
