我之前為了減肥運動開始跑步,以前一星期跑五天,之後才加入重量訓練,就減少跑步天數,目前運動是星期一、星期三、星期五跑步一次10公里。跑步前後有時作一些伏地挺身、仰臥起坐。星期二(練胸和三頭肌)星期四(練背肌和二頭肌)星期六(練腿和腹肌)星期日休息。我想問的是這樣每個部位一週只��
