現在想健身,把身體練的壯碩一點,請老大幫忙給個合理的計劃和方法,我身高174CM,體重57公斤,身體偏瘦我想先在家練練,不知道該怎麼練,哪些動作合適,每天要練多長時間為最佳啊。請老大幫我把製定一個訓練的方法和計劃,順帶飲食的要求都給我講解下,小弟萬分感謝!
