想請有在家健身經驗的人分享一下課程目前家裡有訓練椅(只能平躺的)單手槓心*2W握桿*1槓片(2.5磅*45磅*415磅*4因為本人很瘦所以目前營養品有買了一罐高熱量乳清跟一罐肌酸大約18060公斤體脂肪約13因為怎吃都吃不胖所以想靠重量訓練來增重但是家附近又沒有健身房所以只好買基本器材在家練不過聽說用�
