健身訓練:重訓+慢跑 - 健身

我現在天天都會去公園慢跑跑個4公里花40分鐘不過每天這樣跑腳也會酸請問有什麼好方法可以改善?由於現在天氣熱了我想轉戰健身房我打算先慢跑30分鐘以後另外的30分中舉啞鈴但我並不懂其中的原則跟要領請問舉啞鈴該注意什麼?時間間隔?多少重量?次數?姿勢?我想盡量能每天都運動而且避免掉運動傷害
