我已經要升高一了體中40多身高快170我想要再作多2個禮拜以內要舉起20公斤的啞鈴家裡沒有健身器材也沒辦法上健身房要怎樣才能讓力氣變大???因為我再球隊裡面作重訓的時候都跟不上所以要怎麼辦???我自己做伏地挺身的時候10下一組做了30多個就快不行了(休息時間很短)所以你們可以建議我大概一次先��
