請問一下,要如何做整天才會有活力不想睡覺呢?我每天最晚11點睡,早上6點半起床,睡眠應該夠吧~可是我整天都覺得昏昏沉沉的、眼皮沉重,除了玩電腦以外(^^)....有什麼運動、穴道或是吃什麼能增加精神??拜託請告訴我~謝謝^^
