我想要增快球速及指叉球的銳利度,我身高180可是體重只有56kg(偏瘦),先前去測過球速最快約120km,均速大概105~110左右,我需要一個訓練菜單(重量訓練),而且我同學說我投球好像沒什麼用到下盤的力,可以告訴我如何善用下盤的力量嗎?(100m約12秒左右),指叉球控制的也時好時壞.......另外可以教我怎麼投變速球嗎
