我的左腿膝蓋外側韌帶鬆弛...已經是舊傷...且算是定型了...就是針灸後會緊...但只要運動後又會鬆弛只能靠護膝來緩和...有人建議我用肌肉的強度去彌補但是要訓練哪些肌肉群呢?要如何訓練~而且也不會太過激烈...Showmore
