請問一下我本身健身有一段時間我想要"增肌"可是我沒那麼多錢買那些什麼乳清蛋白的(好貴喔~~)所以我就有個陽春的想法想從正餐裡攝取足夠的蛋白可是我的問題是有健身的人一般要攝取多少克蛋白又該再什麼時候攝取較好我本身重量運動時間大概有兩個小時有氧大概有一小時多我早上做重量訓��
