我目前遭遇到一個減肥上的問題...就是我吃的東西都一樣..也瘦了3-4公斤..現在遇到的問題是所吃的東西都一樣可體重去微微上升0.5公斤左右...我在想是否是因為我運動把肌肉變瘦肉因此重量上升了...可是我體型有明顯變小喔...我每天都運動2.5小時...70分鐘的跑步機快走..剩下是重量訓練...每天只吃早午��
