大腿內側的小肉肉 要怎麼把它給減掉啊內側好像很不容易運動到的說晚上睡覺前我都會做空中踩腳踏車的動作100下,外加30下的仰臥起坐還有左右擺動扭腰(下半身不動)50下還有抬腿15分鐘,這樣夠嗎?我想瘦到50公斤 現在我163cm 53kg 覺得自已有點小肥感覺又很像是水腫 大家都說我看起來不肥��
