請問一般在家裡(沒有任何健身器材)要怎麼練出手臂、腿部和腹部的肌肉?有沒有簡單又有效的方法?還有飲食作息要怎樣最利於長肌肉?(例如需要多睡覺嗎?需要多吃哪類食物)抱歉問得有點含糊不太有概念我174cm75kg左右(胖胖)可不可以不要用一些比較專業的字眼?(看別人回答甚麼:多「組數」少「次數」的)
