各位大大好!!我20歲女身高170體重62是屬於骨架大.肌肉多的因為練過幾年田徑現在沒有了平常我很少吃澱粉類的食物而且又一吃少的話就一直生病非常的困擾減肥食譜又很複雜一些食材都很難買希望各位大大能幫幫我拜託嚕~~~~
