我是一名跆拳道選手!打對練1回合體力還可以!但是第2回合..就沒力氣了....我如果要求速度.體力消耗ㄉ更快!!我最進有在跑步(操場是200M).跑了2圈就快掛了...後面的圈數都是跑150M走50M.這樣ㄉ跑不可以增強體力嗎!?
