我以前有練過游泳!現在想要自己練回來,令外因為太久沒練了!所以發胖了!要如何排菜單才有精瘦的肌肉而不是壯大的肌肉????1個星期的課表!我自己排的是一天游泳一天做重量!有兩天是先游泳再做重量,這樣排可以嗎???我知道要做重量前要先做有氧,那重量做完後可以再做一些有氧嗎???(跑步或游泳)這樣肌�
