大大們!我只是國二的國中生我的身材是身高160公分體重55~60公斤我想成為優秀的小前鋒我的中距離命中率為5~6成但因力氣有限所以還不能投三分球可是我的傳球控球過人得分都還不錯而想請大大們給我些訓練耐力力氣彈跳速度的方法!希望大大們能幫助我我雖然有點胖但很耐操所以請給我最好的方法和建
