本人近這半年內都有在健身大概一個禮拜去健身房3次每天伏地挺身30下做5個循環拉單槓10下2個循環但感覺沒增強力量也沒長什麼肌肉只是越來越胖手臂越來越粗全身越來越疲倦去健身後胖了6公斤就是覺得力氣還是一樣請問飲食方面運動方面該如何著手有效率的提升力量?...Showmore
