我平時有再舉啞鈴仰臥起坐滾輪等等而且不是那種隨便做做ㄉ我有看健身書ㄉ教法我本身很瘦但我ㄉ腹部還是有一層油止我還有舉啞鈴但那蝴蝶袖那邊還是軟軟ㄉ還也大腿內側也軟軟ㄉ我應該怎麼做才能消除那些油ㄋ我想要結實一點還有腹肌到底要怎麼練阿我做了很多種仰臥起坐但怎都沒有效果ㄋ已經�
