我每次mc來時下腹部都非常的痛很難受要怎樣才不會痛呢我聽人說mc來之前的那個禮拜最好不要喝冰的要不然來的時候會很痛是真的嗎,還有人說生完小孩之後mc來都不會痛真的ㄇ
