我本身在健身房的頻率就非常穩定的,從大學到現在已有快十年的時間,一個禮拜至少會有三到四天上健身房,身材178/74kg,基本的肌肉線條算是一直有,但一直無法有明顯的線條,也就是說普通沒在運動得情況下,手臂是看起來也就是普普通通的,但有再健身時才會有比較明顯的線條出現,換句話說也較是要用力��
