如題我也不要單純只是有肌肉,我要胖胖壯壯的尤其針對胸部!!有看到有人說不刻意去減肥而做重量訓練也由於我現在是學生,經濟不允許去健身房所以也只能在家做我想問的是呢1.我每天在家做伏地挺身而已,一天大概30下,光是這樣有辦法練成肉壯嗎(沒運動)?2.伏地挺身的最佳效果是一口氣做完還是��
