我的日常生活中沒有運動!!!除了宅出門也不會累到這讓我覺得身體很不健康沒體力!!我會游泳之前考過救生員本以為可以藉此養成習慣@@沒想到晨泳+早餐體重不減反增!!但我承認體力有變好被教練操也不會很累了考上之後又沒有運動了....最近再游以前的訓練內容根本游不動啊==超累害我去游泳池也懶怎麼
