我最進有上健身房,因為教練費用我付不起所以就自己鍊現在我都每星期3-5天,跑步1小時重量訓練40分鐘但....怎1個月後發現體重停了下來,不會再下降了有人能教我如何做嗎?剛運動前身高174公分體重110公斤腰圍46吋1個月後體重106公斤腰圍43吋,就停下來2個星期不動了一個很想瘦到80公斤的人,有人能教教我嗎
