平常都沒什麼時間運動所以想趁寒假健身又健美XDDDD大家推薦什麼樣的運動比較容易瘦?我目前是想說每天早上起來去附近快走30分鐘然後仰臥起坐和跳繩如果持之以恆的話我這樣子運動寒假過後會瘦多少呢?希望新學期有嶄新的自己沒有很急啦但希望大家能給我一些有效的*運動方式:)
