我現在都是早上1030起床上班,,午餐晚餐一起吃,,最近想要去運動,,但我都是晚上1000下班,,那時去運動減肥效果好嗎??我看了一些文章,,說吃早餐比較會瘦..那我想早上起來運動,,那我早上0600起床,,要先吃早餐在運動(會胃下垂嗎?)還是運動玩再吃早餐(會部會導致吸收更多?)運動玩0800在回去睡覺~這樣好嗎????還�
