我的身高174公分~~體重57公斤我該如何鍛練出胸肌~腹肌~二頭肌~背肌~做伏地挺身可以嗎?有哪些做法?還有平時要吃些什麼才有辦法可以讓肉長多一點?我怎麼吃都是這樣吃不胖~~我這2個月也有再鍛鍊~效果還不錯~胸型比之前凸出的大多了~還算滿意辛苦是有代價的~~只是還不滿足~還想更大一些~有鍛鍊經驗的�
