我14歲173公分80公斤天身骨架大我想鍛鍊腹肌手臂胸肌背肌體力不錯[幾乎]每天伏地挺身50仰臥起坐100但是常因補習而沒時間鍛鍊請問有哪些辦法來加快或有較好的鍛鍊方式??請各位大大幫忙!
