練單槓的器材 - 健身

小弟目前單槓一下都拉不起來所以目前想去報名健身房請問要使用那個器材呢?目前小弟有在做仰臥起坐(可以做60下~慢慢增加)、伏地挺身(目前標準的只能做10下)小弟爬文看了許多專家見解,說要先練背肌,所以想利用健身房練背肌,腹肌就靠仰臥起坐總之,要用哪種器材(每天去一小時)呢?在家自己練除
