小弟180公分體重90公斤退伍快半年了之前當兵連上有健身器材加上連上的基本操練每天早晚3000公尺徒手跑步伏地挺身50下X3組仰臥起坐50下X3組自己用健身器材訓練雙手臥推200磅12下X3組單手啞鈴40磅12下X3組到退伍總共6個多月身體都沒瘦下來一樣啤酒肚全身看起來肥嘟嘟連上的弟兄同等級的肌肉線條都超漂
