之前我幾乎都天天定時運動但是停了好一陣子我長做地運動都是伏地挺身+滾輪+啞鈴等等...我現在怕的事太久沒做做完一次後肌肉會酸痛一整個禮拜然後又要停一個星期才能消除肌肉酸痛才能繼續做運動伏地挺身是比較沒問題最怕的是滾輪用完腹部酸痛很痛苦連咳個嗽都會痛苦不堪打噴嚏會更痛啞鈴也��
