平時睡前都會做個簡單踩腳踏車或是抬腿之類的小運動XD...但我覺得效果很還好,所以有點想去健身房,可是我朋友說自己練,不如找專業的健身教練~~我只是想維持運動習慣,也沒什麼目標身材,不要變胖就好,我這種方式真的推薦找健身教練嗎?如果需要的話,可以推薦新竹的嗎><
