因為之前太胖了=///=想在暑假瘦身練肌肉也希望兩個月能長個兩公分現在每天的基本飲食和運動是早餐吃飽午餐吃少且輕淡(ex.一盤青菜)晚餐更少且越早越好(但固定會吃)(問一下晚餐吃什麼水果比較好給多一點種類不想都吃固定)每天至少騎20公里的腳踏車偶爾打球常走路晚上舉啞鈴和伏地挺身剛開始瘦很
