常常坐一坐就會覺得身體悶悶酸酸的感覺,想伸懶腰,不過我並沒有坐很久,大至半個小時小至10幾分鐘。請問是否跟姿勢不良、桌椅不合有關?或是其他原因?(but我就算坐直也會覺得酸酸的想伸懶腰@@..
