我現在16歲,176公分,60.5公斤,體脂肪6.9%,內臟脂肪0%星期一三五(日偶爾)上健身房,在健身房通常是練胸,背跟整隻手,練完大約1個半小時。想請問一下各位大大,如果沒上健身房那幾天(二四六或日)可以做伏地挺身加強嗎?(因為人家說重訓要休息48小時)我還在增胖中,重訓前(1個半月)56公斤,有在��
