原本的我是89公斤自從有了工作後到了79公斤(還沒飲食作息控制)體重就一直停在這了我的目標是65公斤的理想體重我上半身很壯肩膀很寬有點小肚子都胖在臀部和大腿!!要怎麼樣在超短時間瘦下14公斤呢?飲食作息工作時間早上10點~晚上9點半1.不吃喝宵夜.油炸.零食.酒.飲料2.水有喝到2000C.C.3.不熬夜11點左右
