我有2個3公斤的啞鈴想鍛鍊手臂耐力,肌肉基本體能沒問題伏力挺身基本30下沒問題順便想問練胸肌腹肌怎麼練!能給我順序最好我也想長高本身晚上都會跳繩跳1千下我阿公一直叫我蹲馬步不過我想要比較有活力的不要死板的能跟我說運動更好籃球不太會打若還有問題會持續補充......Showmore
