我今年國3升高一籃球打的都不是很好我想從基本的一些訓練做好好讓自己進步例如升加體能爆發力彈跳力速度等....能請各位大大幫我規劃一下訓練課程嗎?我有打算要買鉛塊(手跟腳)請問我該買嗎?大概多少錢?鉛塊有甚麼功用呢?
