小弟兩個禮拜前就每天維持跳繩500下慢跑1500公尺還有伏地挺身仰臥起坐這些一項都沒有少剛開始都氣喘如牛且滿身大汗但這幾天發現體力變的比較好運動完也沒有之前身體疲憊的感覺汗也流的比之前少很多:1.請問運動是不是一定要達到滿身大汗的程度才能達到燃燒體脂肪的作用??像我這種情形需要再增�
