原本左邊腰部因為酸痛常去做復健,後來去復健科按摩之後,復健師發現我的右後背肌肉很緊,於是現在再幫我按摩右後背肌肉,希望可以放鬆!復健師有建議泡澡,但家裡不適合泡澡!後來建議做瑜珈,但是瑜珈真的有用嗎?那麼慢跑?快走?散步?這些有沒有用?我還能做哪些事可以改善後背肌肉過緊的問題
