最近我每天都節食但是都沒有瘦排便也不順暢(便秘)我每天早上是吃7-11巧克力捲麵包(196卡)喝水也都喝到1500cc午餐吃五個棉花田生機店的素水餃晚餐吃ㄧ片鮭魚(菜市場的一片大小B5紙張的大小)和一大朵花椰菜兩片到三片水梨上個禮拜這樣做有瘦一公斤但是上禮拜天中午沒吃晚上去師大夜市吃滷味所以又�
