最近睡覺時間到了...就跑去睡躺在床上翻來翻去都睡不好不然就是躺著2.3小時才睡著...好痛苦我睡覺的時候是全黑不開燈的如果叫我聽音樂可能會更睡不著睡前喝牛奶怕晚上睡著一半又起來上廁所我曾在睡前做緩和運動...有好一點可是過沒多久還是沒有用在床上我總是會東想西想的...好煩喔!!!我有叫自�
