我現在19歲想要讓身體比較有肌肉要怎麼健身才會比較有效?舉啞鈴做仰臥起坐還是做俯地挺身?那是一次做完還是做個幾下後休息一下繼續做?什麼時候做比較好?我前兩天做完之後現在手臂彎曲或拉直會微痛?納現在還繼續做下去嗎?請有經驗的人告訴我一下謝謝~
