我175CM...60KG...本身有點吃不胖的體質...但是想要增加體重和練出肌肉...又加入校隊...因為都一直練不出肌肉...肌力很差...進步速度也很慢...也有經常在做重量訓練...聽說吃某些東西可以長肌肉...那些東西該怎麼吃呢???還是練重訓前先吃...在練效果會比較好嗎???那重訓過後又該吃什麼???麻煩專家幫幫忙歐3
