目前的訓練表(以一天為限沒有分時段做)第一天後腳抬高的伏立挺身一次10下做5組仰臥起坐一次40下做5組第二天伏立挺身一次10下做5組垂直舉腿一次20下做5組第三天上半身台高的伏立挺身一次10下做7組坐姿腿部拉伸一次30下做7組第三天雙手在椅子上做蹲上的動作(練到三頭肌)一次30下做5組類似仰臥起坐不
