我想減肥.但不知何時運動可達到最好效果?如果早上運動.是飯前運動還是飯後運動好?如果運動完.要多久才可吃中餐才不會容易發胖?真的很想瘦下來.承受肥胖的壓力好大.都被別人笑.好痛苦.希望能瘦下30公斤.麻煩大家囉.謝謝
