我是女生但是非常的想變壯想上健身房請教練教但是沒有時間所以在社區的健身房練每次1小時之後也都有喝乳清蛋白...而且已經練了快半年了但始終沒什麼成效想請問各位是不是要配何些什麼餐還是有什麼好方法??[我知道女生比較難練但我很有恆心請各位專業人事教敎我]
